Just near the Surya-Madhjab statue, the idol of Lord Ganesha
is located. Now this Devalaya is regarded as the Ganesh Temple. The history of the
fact that this Devalaya comes to be known as Ganesha temple, dates back to the
days of British. Although idols of both Ganesha and Surya Madhab are present in
this Devalaya, primarily Lord Ganesh is worshipped here. The ritualistic worshipping
takes place daily as well as the Shukla Chaturthi of month of Bhada and Magh.
